1. Does rippedjeans.co ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We’re sorry and will keep working on this.

  • Mexico
  • Morocco
  • Peru

 

2. What kind of shipping services do you provide?

We currently provide Standard Shipping and Free Shipping, and we are working to provide Fast Shipping in near future.

Our Standard Shipping takes 10 – 15 days averagely to complete a delivery from the date we ship to you till the date you receive, but in extreme situation, it may take up to 25 days.

We charge USD$12 for each order that is below $99 USD.

Our Free Shipping is the same with Standard Shipping, but you don’t have to pay for it.

 

3. How can I enjoy Free Shipping service?

Free Shipping service is only for orders over USD$99, and you have to choose it on the checkout page.

Our Free Shipping service is the same with Standard Shipping, the only difference is that you don’t have to pay for it.

 

4. How soon will I receive my products after I placed my order?

The total time for an order is composed of two sections: Processing Time & Shipping Time, together they determine how fast you will receive your products.

Processing Time: The time it takes to prepare your purchased products to ship from our warehouse. Normally, it takes 3-7 days.

Shipping Time: The time it takes from our warehouse to your house. Normally, it takes 10-15 days.

Total Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. So, the total time from the date you place an order to the date you receive your products can be as short as 13 days in favourable circumstances, or as long as 27 days in extreme situation. In most situation, 15 days.

 

5. Can I track my order?

Sure. Once we ship your purchased products, our system will automatically send you an email with invoice and tracking link, you can then click on it to track its status. You may also track your order at https://www.17track.net/en with the tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
